UK & International Deliveries

Deliveries are no problem, our UK delivery service is charged at £0.95 pence per mile based upon a return journey and we would only require a £400 deposit in advance with the balance upon delivery. Regarding international shipping, we have many customers in the USA & Canada and we recommend using hillshipping.com who'm charge between £795 and £1195 per vehicle dependant upon the port required. You would have to contact them directly.
 
 
Restored 1981 Austin Morris Mini HL - MOT’d & Tax, MOT & Clean Air Zone Exempt

Recently restored (two or three years ago) to a very high standard, this is a lovely little example of a tax, mot and clean air zone exempt Mini. She is supplied with nine months MOT with no advisories and we have carried out an engine service, brake service and carburettor service to optimise her performance. Her engine bay is fully detailed. There is little or no rust to note and just a handful of small marks commensurate with age. She reads 60,000 miles and has spent some of the last decades hidden away in storage. She’s lovely underneath with pictures attached but we will get more, starts first time and is ready to enjoy. She is currently fitted with the mid-eighties interior (funky pattern and grey with headrests) and not the black leather bucket seats that you may see in some of the photographs. She has a recently new headlining, Piano Black dash and sports steering wheel. She has a classic twin pipe sports exhaust which burbles with a classical roar.

She has a typical "classic Mini" oil leak that we are not going to get around to rectifying and we have priced her accordingly. The oil leak is coming from the seal around the gearbox. The leak only occurs when she is at full running temperature and the oil accordingly most viscous, not when she is cold from what I’ve seen in storage. We hate to sell a Mini that isn’t perfect, but we need to re home our collection relatively quickly and have priced them accordingly. Also, I’ve been persuaded that they are old cars and will have imperfections commensurate with their age and in reality nearly all Mini's we buy from the private market have oil leaks as they are Mini’s and the engines used loved to leak a bit of oil. If you buy one without, they will more than likely develop one at some stage. If you decided to sort this oil leak it would likely take some labour due to the position of the seal, but you may decide not to bother and just use her. In any case, we have factored it into the price in a large way as normally she would be £8745.

We are not taking offers as we do expect for her to sell her right away at the price and the price is designed to pay our impendin VAT bill.
