This is a low mileage, matching-numbers and HPI clear example of the ultimate specification of Mini with the factory additional extra Sports-pack, finished in the most iconic colour combination of British Racing Green x Old English White.
(a) Provenance
She has a very low-mileage of 38,600 miles, raising slightly as we use her daily. The mileage can be almost verified from her history folder with the key numbers included below. She is sold with a HPI certificate from a leading provider confirming no history of accidents, theft or finance.
She was originally owned by John Cooper Garages who themselves covered the first 6,000 miles over their 18 month ownership.
(b) The Ultimate Model
These were the most powerful and reliable, the safest and highest quality models offered by the factory, the same experience, made for modern usage. They cost over 60% more to purchase in comparison to the previous model. This one has the factory additional Sportspack fitted with wider arches, larger wheels and extra spotlights, amongst other benefits. The full benefits of the final model are set-out below.
After-market specification include the tick box brand new Burr-wood dashboard, stainless steel sports exhaust and Yokohama premium tyres, plus an Apple Play style system which mirrors your iPhone or Android.
(c) Ready to Drive
Having driven her for ten terribly fun hours, through four hundred miles, through what I can only describe as a north sea storm, I can confirm that she is amazing behind the wheel. She combines 600kg of weight with the legendary Monte Carlo Rally Winning handling. She will be provided with 12 months MOT and a comprehensive service. Flaws
The only flaws I can find are just standard classic Mini things, some interior rattles (we’re trying to trace), very minimal oil leak (could be fixed, but its almost in their DNA) and the standard slightly worn second gear synchro (if you jam her into second gear at very high revs you will hear light noise).
We’ve recently removed a private number plate and I am unsure if she updated yet. Her previous registration was E111OWW. Her new registration is fitted. We’re just awaiting her new logbook.
