This is likely one of the best examples of the sought after 1997 Rover Mini Cooper 1.3 MPI 62bhp for four reasons. Firstly, she is in showroom condition, having had a very expensive heritage panel restoration which has only recently been completed. Secondly, she has completed just 43,500 miles from new and is like a new car in most ways, see her interior. Thirdly, she is in the most sought after colour of metallic Volcano Orange (factory colour). Fourthly, she is in mechanically perfect, rust free condition, she comes with 12 months MOT with no advisories and has been professionally tuned to optimise her performance. We took her on a 200 mile test drive and she was excellent. She comes with a large history folder documenting the restoration. Being a final 1997 registration she has airbags, safety crash bars and a catalytic converter amongst other modern technology such as dual spark injection (no pesky distributor or carb), noise deadening and a revised gear ratio for more comfortable motorway driving.
