We're a classic Mini specialist based in Sheffield. You are more than welcome to visit our restorations warehouse or alternatively we can deliver our Mini's anywhere in the UK.

We have over twenty Mini's ready to go! Most of those Mini's are restored or in exceptional condition. Most won't be online yet as we're a very small business and a bit backlogged under the current demand but you are more than welcome to visit our warehouse :).

UK & International Deliveries
 
Deliveries are no problem, our UK delivery service is charged at £0.95 pence per mile based upon a return journey and we would only require a £400 deposit in advance with the balance upon delivery. Regarding international shipping, we have many customers in the USA & Canada and we recommend using hillshipping.com who'm charge between £795 and £1195 per vehicle dependant upon the port required. You would have to contact them directly.

Upgraded 1989 Austin Mini 1275cc Carburettor - Cooper Sportspack Recreation

Selling on behalf of our client. This is a rust free example of a 1989 Austin Mini fitted with the sought after and more powerful 1275cc carburettor engine and multiple mechanical and aesthetic upgrades. She has 12 months MOT with no advisories, she has been fully serviced and professionally tuned to optimise her performance. Having owned her for five years, her previous keeper carried out a significant restoration but now has come the time to pass on her custodianship and it will be down to someone new to enjoy her and make their own refinements if they wish. Prior to the restoration we're told she came third in her class at Himley Hall 2016. We have been tasked with arranging the sale.

1. Rust Free

Being significantly restored by her previous keeper, her shell seems to be rust free both on top and underneath. Underneath she has new floors, sills and a solid subframe so you have nothing to worry about.

2. Ready to Enjoy

Having 12 months and no advisories, she is ready to enjoy. Supplied fully serviced for your peace of mind using the correct Millers Classic Mini Oil and filter as well as new NGK Spark Plugs and new Silicone HT leads, there isn’t anything to worry about.

3. Sought After 1275cc Carburettor Engine

Upgraded to the sought after 1275cc carburettor engine, opposed to the lesser 998cc engine which has 20% less power). Such 1275cc carburettor engine is sought after for its power, tuning capability and the classical nostalgia of what we all remember and associate with classic cars; the carburettor method of fuelling and all of its beauties, sounds and smells.

4. Professionally Tuned

Having had her engine professionally tuned, being fitted with a RC40 sports exhaust (customary Mini upgrade) and electronic ignition, her performance, reliability and tone are optimised. When combined with her 800kg weight and the exceptional renowned rally winning handling of a Mini, she provides for terrific and/or terrifying fun.

5. Interior Upgrades

Inside her cockpit you have rally features and general upgrades. Rally features include bucket seats, harnesses and a cross reinforced roll cage (all easily removable if not to your taste). Upgrades include a carbon dash, Momo steering wheel and alloy door handles.

6. Exterior Upgrades

Being fitted with wide Cooper Sportspack Arches, brand new thirteen inch wheels wrapped in Nankang Semi Slicks and the infamous Cooper stripes she looks the part. Other upgrades include a subtle salute to the Mini’s history with a nineteen sixties wavy grill and sixties rear number plate light as well as a Mini Sport Sump Guard as fitted to rally cars.

7. Classic Car

Having recently turned thirty, she will have some minor age related imperfections and in fact all Mini’s will. We often fall in love with a Mini despite their imperfections, but it’s good to note them. In this case, any and all of them you could either live with or easily improve upon on with a bit of tinkering as her engine, gearbox and shell are fantastic. It’s just little things like her mileage reader being stuck on 16,249 miles, her suspension being a bit stiff over bumps and her headlining could do with a good clean. All of which could be easily fixed, but having few staff members we would rather just arrange the sale on behalf of the seller and have someone else enjoy her and the price seems both reflective and a great bargain despite any age related imperfections which most Mini’s have :). Also it should be noted that the previous owner left her registered as a 998cc for insurance reasons, but you may want to update the DVLA with the new engine size and such is easy to do.
 
To summarise, she looks iconic, she has one of the most sought after engines and many of the desired upgrades which leave her driving beautifully, there are no obvious signs of rust (which is rare to find), is MOT’d, serviced and professionally tuned… ready to enjoy.
